Easter Brunch – Menu and Decorations

Whether you’re hosting an Easter Brunch for 20 or you just want to make the day extra special for your own family, try out some of these recipes and decorations to make your Easter Eggstravaganza a success!

Drinks

Champagne Lemonade

photo of a small chalkboard that has the words Easter Brunch written on it, placed next to a vase of pretty pink, white and purple tulips and a ceramic bunnyI love a Mimosa, but this Champagne Lemonade seems very refreshing and perfect for a Spring brunch.

*Tip – Freeze fresh berries to use as tasty ice cubes in your cocktails.

Spicy Citrus Bloody Mary

This year try Bobby Flay’s citrus twist on the classic Bloody Mary.

Sunshine Dazzler

This drink just looks refreshing and could easily be made as a virgin drink for children.

*Tip – Remember to mark clearly which drinks are for adults and which are for kids and if possible, put them far out of reach of little hands.

Food

Bunny-Shaped Cinnamon Rolls

Oh man, these are cute. And I am sure they wouldn’t last long on a buffet table – be sure to make extra!

Easter Bunny Biscuits

Use store-bought biscuit dough for an adorable and tasty addition to your brunch spread.

Egg Cups

I made these for Christmas morning breakfast and they were a huge hit – you can change up the ingredients to please your crowd. Bonus – you can prep them the night before and they are perfect for little hands.

Potato and Ham Bake

Instead of serving a full ham this Easter, serve this potato and ham dish to round out your menu.

Fruit Pizza

The Pioneer Woman’s fruit pizza would be a welcome addition at any brunch – and just plain gorgeous to look at.

Easter Peep S’mores

The children will go wild for these Easter-themed smores made with Peeps! This would be a perfect way to end your brunch or maybe just a way to close out the holiday with your little ones.

Décor

Easter Peep Topiary

I actually don’t enjoy this traditional Easter sweet treat, but I love the idea of using Peeps to make a table decoration!

Paint Chip Garland and Place Cards

I love this Easter Garland made from paint chips but take it a step further and use more of the paint chip easter eggs to make place cards for your table settings.

Easter Candy Centerpiece

Fill vases or mason jars with jelly beans or candy Easter eggs before filling them with flowers for an easy centerpiece.

Yarn Eggs

String up these yarn eggs in the backyard or dining room for a colorful (and easy to make) Easter decoration.

Enjoy this holiday with your family and friends!
